Mark Monaghan is an experienced barrister specialising in family law, both children and financial settlement. Mark is based in the North West, so is ideally placed to cover hearings in the county courts in Liverpool, Manchester, Preston and the surrounding area but he is also very happy to travel further afield for suitable cases.
Mark's clients find him to be approachable, down to earth and happy to discuss any matter informally, whilst retaining a sharp and focused approach to his advocacy. He transferred to the Bar following a commercial management career in the construction industry, the experience of which he brings to bear in his approach, not only to his caseload but also his own practice.
